Prior to the formation of TWC Construction, Andrew Lessman and Matt Ryba were successful businessmen in their respective fields, Andrew in vitamins and aviation and Matt in construction. Born from a passion of excellence, the incorporation of
TWC Construction, Inc. is a merger of their beliefs and best practices. Andrew Lessman, Owner and Founder of ProCaps Laboratories (formerly Your Vitamins) and TWC Aviation, believes that "Servicing the Client" is the most important aspect of any business venture. In 1997, during construction of a new manufacturing facility, Andrew had the opportunity to work closely with Matt, who was the project manager, and he found that they shared the same values and enthusiasm for business. Matt so impressed Andrew with his commitment to customer satisfaction that the two conceived the idea to form TWC Construction based on the same commitment.
