Las Vegas Corporate Center - Building 19
A LEED certified, free standing concrete tilt-up building, measuring 464,203 square feet on 20.5 acres. This building includes a warehouse storage clear height of 36 feet. This project will be the first of its kind constructed in nearly a decade and one of the largest ever built in the region. Located at 3700 Bay Lake Trail, North Las Vegas, NV 89030

VSR III
The build-to-suit project is a freestanding concrete tilt-up building, measuring 28,000 square feet on 2.12 acres and will house the company's growing lock-manufacturing operations exclusively. With the addition of the new building, VSR Industries' Henderson campus will now exceed 150,000 square feet. Located at 1743 Whitney Mesa Drive, Henderson, Nevada.

A Cowboy's Dream
Alamo, Nevada April 2008 - March 2009 An 18,935 SF wood framed, bed and breakfast with 8 guest rooms, penthouse and caretakers room, sits on 5.84 acres. Each room has faux finishes to different cowboy themes. Included in the bed and breakfast is a Great Room with exposed decorative trusses. Exposed beams and wood flooring installed through-out on sleepers to give a creaking sound effect.

Dolisos
Henderson, Nevada February 2005 - August 2006 Recipient of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter Spotlight Awards 2007 Merit Award - Special Purpose Industrial A 33,690 SF shell building with full interior improvements that includes about 27,175 SF of manufacturing space and 6,515 SF of office space. Work on the 2.1 acre project site included underground utilities, paving, lighting and landscaping.

Holsum Lofts
Las Vegas, Nevada July 2004 - December 2004 Recipient of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter Spotlight Awards 2005 Honor Award - Redevelopment Project Urban redevelopment project involving the renovation of the 50-year old Holsum Lofts building. The former bakery was converted to mixed-use residential, retail, restaurant and art gallery/studio spaces.

Liberty Center
Henderson, Nevada October 2008 - December 2009 A 21,435 SF LEED Silver Certified recreation center located in Sun City Anthem. This project includes indoor and outdoor pools, spa, multi-purpose rooms, fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball courts and also has a solar photo-voltaic system as well as a solar thermal system.

ProCaps Laboratories / TWC Construction
This LEED Gold Certified three-story, 188,800 SF, Class-B building features concrete tilt-up construction with panelized roof system situated on a 4.37-acre site consisting of manufacturing, laboratory, office and warehouse space. It includes all interior build-out including manufacturing process lines, including blending, encapsulation and packaging. It also includes a GelCap line.

SimPro USA
Henderson, Nevada April 2004 - March 2005 Recipient of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter Spotlight Awards 2006 Merit Award - Special Purpose Development A 37,440 SF concrete tilt-up shell building, for a flight simulator training facility for commercial airlines. Included with the project were eight simulator bays and large hydraulic power system, data/computer room, classrooms and offices.

SNWA High Concentrating Solar
Henderson, Nevada January 2009 - June 2009 High Concentrating Solar Photovoltaic Demonstration & Research Project for the Southern Nevada Water Authority located at the River Mountain Water Treatment Facility. The construction consisted of the installation of six (6) pedestal mounted high concentrating Solar PV systems with individual power rating outputs of 37 kW totaling 222 kW.

VSR Lock II
Henderson, Nevada October 2006 - June 2007 Recipient of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter Spotlight Awards 2008 Honor Award - Special Purpose Development Design built 70,725 SF concrete tilt-up, shell, building with full interior improvements that includes about 53,800 SF of manufacturing space and 16,925 SF of office space on 3.7 acres.
